Why it costs less than you’d expect.

We automate the parts of finance work that used to eat hours: pulling data, building recurring reports, and refreshing dashboards. That leaves our time for the analysis and the conversation with you, and it’s why our pricing is competitive. More on how pricing works.

Questions

Common questions.

What is a fractional CFO?

A fractional CFO is a part‑time, outside finance lead. You get the forward‑looking work a CFO does (forecasting, planning, reporting that explains the numbers, and support on big decisions) for a set number of hours or deliverables each month, instead of hiring someone full time.

Do you only work with businesses in Logan?

No. We're based in Cache Valley and work with businesses across Logan, Northern Utah, and remotely anywhere in the U.S. Local clients can meet in person; everyone else works with us over video calls and shared files.

What accounting software do you work with?

QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero are the most common. We can also work from exports and spreadsheets from other systems.

Do you replace my bookkeeper or CPA?

No. Your bookkeeper keeps the books current and your CPA handles tax and compliance. We use those clean numbers to look forward: forecasting, planning, and decision support. See who does what.

How long is the commitment?

Partnership work runs month to month after an initial setup period. Many clients start with a single project, like a cash flow forecast, before deciding whether ongoing support makes sense.
