What we collect

When you fill out the contact form or request a profit review, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, email, and any optional details such as phone, city, industry, revenue range, accounting software, and your message. If you take the Profit Check, your answers and score are sent along with your request. We also record how you found the site (for example, the referring website or campaign tags in the link).

You can take the Profit Check and see your results without giving us any contact information. Answers you don’t submit stay in your browser.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule a call, and prepare your review. We don’t sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only contact you about your request, unless you ask to hear from us about something else.

Services we rely on

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, and the site is hosted on Netlify. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your financial information

We never ask for financial statements through this website. If you go ahead with a review, we’ll request reports from your accounting software after a first call, through a secure method, and use them only for your review.
