Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis
Pressure‑test the big call before you commit.
Custom financial models for hiring, expansion, equipment, pricing, and financing decisions, built for small businesses in Logan, Cache Valley, and Northern Utah.
A financial model shows what a big decision does to your profit and cash before you make it. We build custom models for hiring, expansion, equipment, pricing, and financing decisions, then run them under different scenarios so you can see how much room for error you have.
Is it a fit?
Decisions we model.
- Hiring. What a new role costs before the revenue it brings catches up.
- Expansion. A second location, a new service line, or a new market.
- Equipment. Payback period, return, and how financing changes both.
- Pricing. What a price change does to margin and volume.
- Financing. Whether a loan or credit line is affordable, and in which scenarios it isn’t.

Common questions.
What kinds of decisions can you model?
Hiring, a new location or service line, equipment purchases, pricing changes, taking on a loan or line of credit, and buying or selling a business are the most common. If it changes revenue, costs, or cash, it can be modeled.
What's scenario analysis?
Running the same decision under different assumptions (slower adoption, higher costs, a weaker season) to see how the outcome changes. It shows you which assumptions matter most and how much room for error you have.
Do I keep the model?
Yes. You get the working Excel file with every assumption laid out, so you can change inputs and see the result yourself.
Is this a one-time project?
Usually. A single decision model is project work with a fixed scope. Clients on our Growth Partner plan get models built as decisions come up.
